What you can do
Timetables
Airport transfers, hotel shuttles and field trips, with routes, stops, departures, seats and waitlists. Create one departure or a repeating series.
Arrival waves
Delegates’ flights are grouped into suggested airport transfer waves, and you create a departure for a group of arriving delegates.
Running the day
Mark a departure as boarding, delayed, departed or arrived, and its passengers are told. Cancel a departure and move everyone to another.
Passengers and manifests
Add or remove passengers, keep vehicles and drivers against each departure, and email manifests to the coach company.
Rules it keeps
- Transport booking and reminders can each be switched off for an event at once, with a reason, and the app says so plainly.
- Flight details are Confidential and shown only to the roles that need them.
