One platform for in-person events
Otto Events is built and run by OttoCore, for organisations that bring people together in person: trade and investment summits, conferences and exhibitions.
In person, on purpose
Otto Events is for events people travel to. There is no virtual attendance anywhere in the product; everything is designed around a venue, a time zone and people arriving from far away.
One account per person
A delegate signs in on the event website and in the attendee app with the same email, and is the same person across every event they attend. Organisation staff have one login and can work in several organisations.
How ticket money works
When a delegate pays for a ticket, OttoCore collects the payment as the seller, and the delegate’s receipt comes from OttoCore.
OttoCore then pays each organisation what it is owed after the event. Every payment, refund, fee and chargeback is a line in a ledger the organisation can read, and every payout is approved by two people before money leaves.
Care with personal data
Events like these hold passport details, photographs and health certificates. That data is masked by default, revealed only by a permitted person who types a reason, and never placed in lists, searches, emails or exports. Every change is recorded: who, what, when and why.
