Privacy notice

This notice covers the Otto Events website: these pages and the request-a-demo form. Otto Events is run by OttoCore. Each event’s website and the organiser portal have their own notices.

When you send the request-a-demo form, we keep what you typed:

• your name, work email and organisation
• your country and, if you give it, your role
• how many events you run each year and their typical attendance
• your message, if you write one
• the language you used, whether you ticked the product news box, and when you sent the request

To reply to you and arrange a demo. If you ticked the box, we also send you occasional product news; every such email has a one-click unsubscribe.

Our servers also record the network address each request comes from, to keep the site secure and to limit abuse of the form.

We keep demo requests for 24 months after we receive them, and then delete them.

These pages set no advertising or analytics cookies. When you sign in to the portal, one essential cookie keeps you signed in; it ends when you sign out or your session expires.

You can ask for a copy of the details we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete them, or object to how we use them. You can stop product news at any time.
