What you can do
Profiles
Photo, name, title, organisation and biography, added from your organisation’s library and shown on the event website and in the app.
Sessions and clashes
Each speaker’s sessions, with times and rooms. A speaker booked twice at the same time is flagged in the agenda.
Speaker portal
Speakers sign in with an email code to update their profile, see their sessions and co-speakers, and download the speaker briefing.
Tasks and reminders
Upload slides, sign the speaker agreement and give travel details. You follow each speaker’s progress and send reminders.
Rules it keeps
- Speakers see only their own profile, sessions and tasks.
- Session times are always shown in the event’s time zone, labelled.
