An event website, without writing code

Each event gets its own public site, at a platform address or on your organisation’s own domain: home, programme, speakers, exhibitors and sponsors, travel and venue, FAQ, registration and Manage my booking.

Example with sample data: a session time in the event’s time zone.

Event website

What you can do

  • Built from sections

A page is an ordered list of ready-made sections: hero, text and image, agenda, speakers, sponsors by level, FAQ, map and venue, key numbers, call to action and video. Pick them, fill them in and reorder them.

  • Preview, publish and roll back

Preview each page on desktop and phone before you publish. Every publish is a version you can roll back to.

  • English and French

Every text you write has an English and a French value, and visitors can switch language on any page.

  • Your own domain

Put event sites on your organisation’s own web address, following the verification steps in the portal.

  • One programme everywhere

The programme pages show the agenda you build in the portal, by day and track, with a page for each session.

Rules it keeps

  • There is no free-form code on event sites, so every page stays accessible and secure.
  • Times are shown in the event’s time zone and labelled, with the visitor’s own time where it differs.
  • Pages work by keyboard, with labels and visible focus, to WCAG 2.2 AA.
