Packages
Define what each sponsorship or exhibitor package includes: booth staff badges, logo placement, tasks and deadlines.
Levels and stands
Assign levels such as Platinum or Gold, packages and stand numbers. Sponsors appear by level on the event website.
Exhibitor portal
Company profile, booth staff up to the package’s number, tasks with deadlines, documents to download and upload, and the stand number and floor plan.
Lead capture
Booth staff scan delegates in the mobile app and add ratings and notes. Exhibitors export their own leads.
Rules it keeps
- Exhibitors see only their own company, booth staff and leads.
- Lead exports are CSV files and contain only what the exhibitor may see.
