Registration that is confirmed only when the payment is
Delegates register on the event website in a short, focused flow: they confirm their email with a one-time code, choose a registration type and a ticket, add optional items, answer your questions, upload any documents you require, review the price and pay. You decide who can register, for what, at what price and until when.

What you can do
Registration types and tickets
Kinds of attendee, such as international delegate, exhibitor, speaker or media, each with its own capacity, dates, visibility and the tickets it may buy. Every registrant picks exactly one ticket; add-ons such as a gala dinner or a site visit are optional.
Questions and documents
Questions per registration type, shown only when another answer calls for them, with consent tick-boxes and file uploads. Each uploaded document shows as checking, accepted or rejected with a reason.
Prices, discounts and taxes
Early-bird prices and dates, discount codes and single-use vouchers, tax rules per ticket and country, service fees and scheduled price changes.
Approvals and waitlists
Registrations that need approval wait for your team, and the card is charged when they are approved. When a ticket is full, delegates join a waitlist and receive a time-limited offer when a place opens.
Groups and changes
One person can register several colleagues, each with their own answers, with one payment and one invoice. From Manage my booking, delegates change add-ons, pass their booking to a colleague or cancel, within your policies.
Card or bank transfer
Payment on a secure hosted card checkout, or by bank transfer where you offer it, with instructions and a reference.
Rules it keeps
- The server calculates every price. Delegates see the quote it produced and pay the balance still owed.
- A booking is confirmed only once the payment is confirmed. In between, the delegate sees that their payment is being confirmed.
- Registering, paying and refunding are safe to repeat: each happens once, even on a slow connection.
