Ledger
Every payment, refund, fee and chargeback is a ledger line on the event, with a running balance.
Balance owed
Ticket sales, minus payment processing fees, OttoCore’s platform fee, refunds and chargebacks, and a reserve held until after the event.
Payouts
When your payout is expected, and past payouts with their bank references.
Statements
Monthly and per-event statements that match the ledger exactly.
Payout bank account
Change the bank account your payouts go to, with re-verification.
Rules it keeps
- Every payout batch needs two people at OttoCore to approve it before money leaves, and so does any change to your bank details.
- Payments are compared with the ledger every night, and any difference is raised as an alert to resolve.
- Amounts are in US dollars for now.
